We are Mark and Marco from Wognum, a small town in the northern part of North Holland. We moved from the Netherlands to Hungary to build MOSOLY: a café and eatery with a Dutch touch in Borsodszentgyörgy.

Our passion is bringing people together. A neighbour pulling up a chair, a traveller sharing a story, food and laughter around the table. MOSOLY means smile. That is what drives us: creating a place people love to walk into and leave feeling good.
From renovation to our first guests
Before that can happen, there is plenty to do. We are renovating, fitting out the kitchen and getting the café ready to open. Step by step, with our own hands, hospitality experience and a sense of humour. Even when a job goes wrong, we keep building.
What your coffee helps make possible
A virtual coffee contributes to the renovation, furnishings and equipment we need to welcome guests. One coffee will not pay for a whole kitchen. But those small contributions together help us take the next step.
